Lentil microgreens grow into crisp, mild shoots with a fresh nutty flavour and a satisfying bite. They are quick, forgiving and among the highest yielding crops for the weight of seed sown, which is why growers keep them in steady rotation.

The seed is soaked before sowing and grows well under a weighted blackout, producing straight, uniform shoots. Cut them young while the stems are still tender.

Available sizes: 250 g Personal Value Pack, for multiple trays and frequent use. 500 g Small Commercial, for farmers markets and small growers. 1 kg Commercial, for regular production. Larger sizes of 5 kg, 10 kg and 25 kg are available on request.
