Where is my order?
Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout in the tracking box at the top of this page. You will see the latest status and, once your parcel has shipped, a carrier tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your province and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery takes about 3-7 business days after dispatch.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped we can update the address for you. Once it has left our facility the carrier controls delivery.
My order says delivered but I cannot find it.
Check with anyone else at the address and look in any safe drop locations such as a porch or side entrance. Parcels are occasionally marked delivered a little early. If it still has not arrived after 24 hours, contact our support team and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled while they are still being prepared. Contact us with your order number as soon as you can and we will do our best. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but our Refund Policy still applies.
