Categories Salad Seeds - Microgreens, Salad Sprouts
Description
Adzuki sprouts are firm and nutty with a hint of natural sweetness, a good deal more substantial than leafy sprouts. They germinate in two to four days and are ready in four to six.
Adzuki does well in a jar with a mesh lid, kept out of bright light. Rinse two or three times daily, drain fully, and use the sprouts while the shoots are still short and crisp.
