Description
Barley grass is a milder, softer alternative to wheatgrass, with the same bright green blade and a gentler taste in the glass. It germinates in two to four days and is ready in seven to ten.
Grow it exactly as you would wheatgrass: soak the grain, sprout it for a day, then spread it over a shallow tray of soil or a growing mat and cut above the seed line once the blades reach height.
